Any employee who witnesses or who is subjected to sexual harassment or intimidation should immediately contact his or her supervisor. AU complaints of sexual harassment will be promptly and confidentially investigated in accordance with this procedure:

 

1)      All complaints of sexual harassment will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

2)      The Company will not tolerate the taking of any reprisal by any manager, supervisor or employee against any complaining employee or a corroborating witness.

3)      An employee must discuss a complaint with his/her supervisor if he/she feels it is appropriate or he/she may go directly to the Managing Members; If the complaint is not resolved to the satisfaction of the employee by his or her supervisor, he or she should contact the Managing Members.

4)      Any employee may bypass any step in this procedure which requires discussion between the employee and the individual accused of harassment. Any employee who, due to the sensitive nature of the information to be communicated, is reluctant to follow the procedure set forth above may bring the matter directly to the attention of the Managing Members.

 

 

Where violations of Company standards may be found, including false statements or accusations, they will be dealt with fairly, but firmly, through appropriate disciplinary action which may include termination of employment.

 

Retaliation against any individual for reporting violations of this policy will not be tolerated and will be subject to strict corrective action.
