Problem Resolution


The Company is committed to providing the best possible working conditions for its employees. Part of this commitment is encouraging an open and honest atmosphere in which any work-related problem concern, suggestion or question receives a timely response from the Company's supervisors and management. If an employee has a problem or grievance they are encouraged to discuss it with their immediate supervisor. If the problem is not resolved to the employee's satisfaction, they may bring forth the issue to management.




Customer information is private and confidential. Its use is limited to the Company's business purposes only. Use of customer information for other purposes is prohibited. Any employee violating this policy will be subject to dismissal.
